Unlike a sited holiday home, off-site static caravans are not subject to the same sort of test and regulations. As such these caravans do not come with a current electrical test or corgi approved gas test. All fixed appliances will be tested to be working before being delivered by our services team so you can be sure that everything works as it should.

If you plan on having a third party stay in your caravan, for profit or not, you will be expected to arrange a corgi gas test and ensure any electircal appliances are upto current standards by a professional electrician to gain the correct liability insurance

This does heavily depend on how you choose to use the caravan though. If you are unclear about any of this one of our sales staff would be happy to talk through any issues you may have.
