All of the static caravans for sale in this section are for sale for use on your own private land only. Due to the age of these caravans most of the caravan sites and holiday parks we deal with will not allow them to be sited.
Just because they are a few years too old for siting on a caravan park does not mean they aren't of a good quality and they have a variety of uses for those wanting a caravan on their own property.

Unlike a sited holiday home, off-site static caravans are not subject to the same sort of test and regulations. As such these caravans do not come with a current electrical test or corgi approved gas test. All fixed appliances will be tested to be working before being delivered by our services team so you can be sure that everything works as it should.
If you plan on having a third party stay in your caravan, for profit or not, you will be expected to arrange a corgi gas test and ensure any electircal appliances are upto current standards by a professional electrician to gain the correct liability insurance
